Marian is an educationist who has worked with various students from primary, secondary and tertiary level including pupils with diverse needs. The roadmap of her career in education started off in 1989 after attaining a Certificate in Education from Mkoba Teacher’s College in Gweru, Zimbabwe. Followed but the attainment of BSc in Special Education from the Zimbabwe Open University. She values honesty, hard work, perseverance, teamwork, order, humility, commitment, and prayerfulness and these have formed a way of life for her. She is a Remedial, Special Needs and Learner Welfare Officer- current Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education – Zimbabwe. She is a qualified Trainer, Counsellor, and Book Editor. She has a number of international awards including; Booklegger award for promoting reading in schools Johannesburg- 2010. She is a Fellow of the Paul Harris which promotes international understanding and goodwill and is headquartered in Chicago, USA-2017 to date.

Linda L. Longwe is a Thought/Personal Mastery/Leadership and Entrepreneurship Trainer, Internationally Certified Master Coach, Speaker, Quantitative and Qualitative Research Consultant. Her company, Linda Longwe International P/L is registered in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe and provides professional and personal leadership development training services in areas such as Personal Mastery, Mental Wellbeing, Emotional Intelligence, Personal Branding, Presentation Skills, Business Etiquette and Ethics. Linda Longwe, who is a seasoned Strategy and Team Building Facilitator also presents to public schools, churches and community groups as a way of giving back to society. Linda has won entrepreneurial awards, local and international service awards, including being voted Outstanding Rotary President of the Year: 2011, Winner: Rotary Assistant Governor of the Year: 2012 and is a multiple Paul Harris Award Winner, the highest award one can receive from Rotary International. Linda is a holder of several training, coaching and counselling qualifications, a Business Administration Degree from the University of South Africa, a post graduate Marketing Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK, a Master of Business Administration Degree from Nottingham Trent University. She successfully completed a Doctoral Research Training Programme (PGC) Certificate with the University of Stellenbosch and is currently reading for a PhD.

Ms. Penjani Nkosi Gausi a teacher by profession she has been a teacher both at Primary and Secondary Schools. Currently working at Mzuzu district education, office as Principle Education officer. She supervises schools, ensure schools have received their funds, allocate other resources to schools, thus teaching and learning material and ensure that schools have adequate teaching staff including Specialist teachers. She also coordinate district and national examination ensuring that all learners are assisted according during examination including SEN learners.

Nathaniel Shaba is a Inclusive Education Coordinator under the Ministry of Education and works in the Northern Education Division. He is well equipped in Special Needs Education. Most of the times he is active with monitoring activities done by specialist teachers and mainstream teachers to support learners with diverse needs to suit inclusion. He also works in the Ministry of Education as a children's books editor, item writer and research assistant for both Public and private entities. His job entails working with line Ministries including Ministry of Health through the School Health Policy, Department of Social Welfare Ministry of Youth and Gender as well as designing educational programmes for specific disabilities and clinical remediation

A Malawian and an accountant by profession. He had worked before as an external auditor and currently working with Luke International as a Senior Finance Officer. His high integrity and professionalism is second to none. With a sharp eye on policy adoption and implementation, his financial acumen is evident in how he is managing over 3m USD funding portfolio.
